Children’s Ministry

God put the wiggle in Children; don’t feel you have to suppress it in God’s house. All are welcome!

If you can, sit toward the front where it is easier for your little ones to see and hear what is going on. They must tire of seeing the backs of other’s heads.

Go ahead and explain parts of the service and actions of the pastor, worship leader, organist, pianist, guitarist, etc. Sing the hymns, pray and voice the responses. Children learn by copying you and others. Remember that the way we welcome children in church directly affects the way they respond to the Church, to God, and to one another. Let them know that they are at home in this house of worship. As Jesus said, “Let the children come to me.”

Nursery

All children from birth to pre-school are able to go to the nursery during worship if you desire. Volunteers go through Safe Gatherings training to minister to your children.

Sunday school

Sunday School is offered during worship for children. K-6 are in a classroom classroom together, learning and helping one another grow in their love of God and neighbor.
